Payment

We accept credit cards through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days (M-F). Shipping to US locations are by USPS First-Class mail. Shipping to Canada, Asia, Australia, Europe, and other global destinations are by USPS Global International mail.

To determine shipping costs for products please go through the process of ordering an item – you will proceed to the “Shopping Bag” page where your items are listed. When you have confirmed your selections and the amounts of items proceed to the “Shipping Details” page by clicking “Checkout”. On the “Shipping Details” page you will enter your address and see the estimated shipping amount. After completing your shipping address click “Continue”. At the “Payment Details” page you will be required to enter your email address and you have the option to create a password to open an account with the Maz Jobrani Online store. You should then enter your Billing Address or verify that it is the same as your Shipping Address. When finished click “Continue”. You will proceed to the Payment Page. You will enter your PayPal account or your credit card information. You should enter your telephone number and contact email and click “Review and Continue.” Once you confirm you will have completed the order.

DVD Region

All DVDs are Region 1 and will only play in Region 1 or Region Free DVD players. Any DVDs purchased through the www.mazjobrani.com online store may not be exchanged or returned due to the nature of the DVD’s region.

Exchange Policy

Replacement

• Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 15 days of receipt.

• Replacement will be made ‘in kind’ for the original item.

• Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.

• We require that you call customer service for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement.

Exchanges

• Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt.

• Exchanges may be made for merchandise only.

• Shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.

• We require that you call customer service for pre-approval prior to returning merchandise for exchange.

Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice (that you printed from our web page) or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you.
